FIFA president Sepp Blatter has expressed his feelings that Lionel Messi did not deserve the 2014 World Cup Golden Ball award. ‘I think the decision was an incorrect one'.
‘I was surprised when I received the decision that had been decided by the committee. They told me that they only considered ten players that played in the final.’Blatter said.
