Miley Cyrus has been dragged into a lawsuit involving herelder sister.
Model Yolande Ngom is suing both Miley and Brandi Cyrus after the latter's dog, Feather, allegedly bit her in the apartment building where
she and Brandi both live.
TMZ reports that Miley's company, Smily Miley Inc, owns Brandi's apartment and thus why Ngom
is going after both sisters in court.
According to
documents filed, Ngom claims one of Miley's employees was handling the dog at the time and couldn't keep it under control, allowing for the attack.
Ngom says the unprovoked bite tore open her right thigh and left scars on her body that ruined her modeling career. She is suing the Miley's
company for medical bills, lost wages, and more.
Brandi is Miley's half sister from Tish Cyrus' previous relationship. Billy Ray Cyrus adopted Brandi after Miley's birth when he married Tish in
1993.
