Megaletrics Ltd., the owners and operators of Naija Fm, Beat Fm and Classic Fm all in Lagos Nigeria has shut down its 3 radio stations due to Diesel shortage.
The 3 radio stations earlier today announced on their twitter pages that they will shut down operations by 8:30 pm today to enable them ration the fuel very well for them to come back on air tomorrow.
At the time of writing this, none of the 3 stations was on air.
We first thought it was Petrol that was scarce but today I discovered that Diesel and Kerosene too are hot cake now.
See their tweets below....
This did not end with Megaletrics, MTN Nigeria too released a statement saying the diesel scarcity is also crumbling their operations.
See their statement below...
More companies will be joining if nothing is done to end this scarcity.
