Report reaching us now says, the Appeal Court has set Wednesday 18th November, 2015 as date for it to deliver its judgement on the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Hon Terhemen Tarzoor against Governor Samuel Ortom of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the April 11 election.
