While the inauguration of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) by president Buhari was going on, APC National leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was in Kaduna commissioning the Kaduna Taxi Scheme.

He was joined by his host and Governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El Rufai, the governor bought new Kia Rio saloon cars to be used for taxi within the state
