Flavour N’abania was recently announced as the first male ambassador for natural slimming brand, Flat Tummy Tea.
Flavour, who is popular not only for his vocals but also his hard rock body, will be joining the likes of Rita Dominic and Ebube Nwagbo as a celebrity brand ambassador for the healthy tea brand.
Those who worked with the Ada Ada singer on the set of his shoot for the brand described him as surprisingly ‘free and easy to work with.’

1. He is a talented Drummer
Before Flavour, real name Chinedu Okoli, decided to pursue a career as a singer, he used to play the drums for his church and was more of an instrumentalist in his early music life. He recently donated new sets of musical instruments to the church located in Enugu.
2. He is a Zara Man
Flavour N’abania is known to rock designer wears and trendy outfits (while showing off his abs most times). However, the singer is an absolute Zara man and loves all things made by the designer.
Flavour may be every lady’s dream man but sadly the 32-year-old is not ready to settle down anytime soon despite having two baby mamas. The father of two revealed during an interview with HipTV that he believes marriage will be a distraction for him at this point in his career. “Marriage is not a thing that you just go into. This music business is a serious business. My own opinion, I think if you are in the peak of your career, you don’t need any distraction.” he stated.
4. He once worked as a backup vocalist
In 1996, the CEO of SoundCity Communications, Mr. Ordor and a member of Flavour’s church awarded him a scholarship to study music after hearing him play in church. Flavour later moved on from playing the drums to providing back up vocals for other musicians at SoundCity.
5. He has a massive female fan base!
Flavour’s fan base, which comprises mostly women, transcends Nigeria and even other African countries. During his show at Palais de la Culture in Abidjan in 2014, majority of the people who turned up were women. Many of them burst into tears whilst some even fainted as the singer performed.
