Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode today toured the National Stadium Surulere, Lagos with the Honourable minister of Sports, Mr Solomon Dalung.
The stadium was commissioned in 1972 with a main bowl capacity of 45,000 and hosted the All Africa Games in 1973 as well as the 1980 and 2000 African Nations Cup.
