Few days ago Dammy Krane took to Twitter claiming that he is now a free man as a US court have acquitted him of all the fraud charges leveled him.
His record label boss, Davido too confirmed it in an Insta Story.
It has turned out that Dammy might not be a free man yet as a statement released by Mr. Konstantin, Tapjets' Head of flight safety and security, has proved otherwise.
The statement reads:

The statement reads:
"There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation.
This was why they asked for 180 days to bring big charges. So he is not free. Court record says "no action" it does not say "not guilty."
