'House Yet To Decide On Patience Jonathan’s Account' – Femi Gbajabiamila Says

The Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, has dissociated the House of Representatives from the order given by the House Committee on Public Petitions to six banks that reportedly froze accounts owned by the former first lady, Patience Jonathan
Mrs Jonathan had petitioned the House committee, accusing EFCC and the banks of victimizing her and infringing on her right to use her money she placed in their banks. The House committee on Public petitions led by Uzoma Nkem-Abonta, on Tuesday mandated the banks to immediately unfreeze all accounts belonging to her provided they were not placed on restriction by a court or any anti-graft agency.

Reacting to the order, the House Majority Leader took to his twitter handle to state that the House was yet to decide on the matter and that the house would have to deliberate on the committee's report when they resume. See his tweets below
