Sofia Richie Sued By Photo Agency For Using Photos Of Herself They Took On Her Instagram Page (Photos)

Scott Disick's girlfriend Sofia Richie has been sued by a photo agency for using photos they took of her on her IG page without paying for them.
According to TMZ, Celeb photo agency, Backgrid, is going after singer Lionel Richie's daughter Sofia for allegedly taking photos of her and posting them out to her millions of followers on instagram, without getting permission or paying for them.

The agency claims they sent a desist letter in October to her lawyer, but to they failed to comply.

According to the docs, Backgrid said they eventually spoke with Sofia's lawyer and four of the photos were taken down but three of the photos are still on her Instagram page.

The photo agency is demanding over $1 million for damages and lost profits.
