Due to the continued dumping of wastes by Lagosians, Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw shared a photo of an undisclosed location littered with wastes on the floor and asked a mind boggling question.
She asked;
Can Lagos be clean again???
This is coming after the Lagos state government asked the PSP operators to stop sabotaging the Clean Lagos Initiative.
