The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Major General Muhammadu Buhari rtd is expected to campaign in Lagos tomorrow being29th January. The venue of the rally is the Teslim Balogun Stadium Surulere, where Buhari was crowned presidential candidate on 11 December 2014.
