Kadilo Barina-Kabari Vowed To Never Shave Beards In Rivers Finally Cuts It Off (Photos),
Pictured above in white is Kadilo Barina Kabari, former Caretaker Chairman of Gokana LGA of Rivers State.

He had vowed he was never going to touch his beards after PDP candidate, Olaka Nwogu won the Rivers State South East Senatorial District election in March. According to him, the beards was a symbol of the insanity that characterized the 2015 elections in Rivers State.

Yesterday, the Court of Appeal in Abuja nullified Olaka NWOGU's election and in front of cameras, right at the entrance of the Court of Appeal, an excited Kadilo allowed Hon Goddy Bazari cut his beards off with a scissors.
