3 Ex-Militants Graduates Of Russian University Presents Certificates To Special Adviser To The President On Niger Delta (Photos)
The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig-Gen. Paul Boroh (Rtd) on July 25th hosted three delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme namely Otokolo Robert, Tariladei Borogha and Prince Aladin who graduated from South West State University Kursk, Russia.
During the ceremony, the delegates officially presented their certificates to Gen. Boroh.
