Finally, the first photo of Bayelsa State’s Governor Dickson and his wife Rachel’s quadruplet have emerged, and they are absolutely beautiful!
The news of the quadruplets’ arrival was announced by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Daniel Iworiso-Markson, who stated that the couple joyfully welcomed three girls and a boy yesterday in the United States.
