The council of state meeting took place today, September 7th at the state house Abuja.
The meeting was presided over by President Buhari and in attendance were former president Goodluck Jonathan, former interim president Ernest Shonekan and former military leader Abdulsalami Abubakar.
Also in attendance were some state governors and former Chief Justices of the Federation.
