Former US vice president, Joe Biden, on Wednesday met and cheered a 4-month-old dog named after him during the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act in Capitol.
The super cool Politician took selfies with the dog and its owner, a gesture which many gave thumbs up for his humility. More photos below....
