The Nigerian Senate on Wednesday rejected the confirmation and nomination of Ibrahim Magu as the substantive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) It will be recalled that the lawmakers had rejected Magus's initial nomination by President Buhari, citing a report by the Department of State Services, which purportedly indicted the acting EFCC boss of corruption.
