The Sit-at-home order directed by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB ,wasn't fully obeyed by many residents living and doing business in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.
As you can see from the pictures, there are visible signs of commercial activities in some areas and the roads are busy with motorists going about their business.
