Several weeks after a KAI official was killed by hawkers in Lagos, a KAI officials was today pictured asking an elderly man to frog jump for not using the pedestrian bridge in Lagos.
We doubt if this is the penalty provided by the law for those that did not use the pedestrian bridge.

This matter should be investigated by the authorities.
