Gov. Wike Spotted Sleeping At State Banquet

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike was spotted sleeping during a State Banquet in Rivers.The banquet was in honour of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Tukur Buratai at the Government House in Port-Harcourt on Thursday night.
