United States President, Donald Trump has dissolved his advisory councils afetr eight of his executives quit the manufacturing councils following his Charlottesville comments.
Trump made the announcement on his favorite communication tool, Twitter. He tweeted;
Trump had set up the manufacturing council in January to hear top business leaders' advice on revitalizing American manufacturing, a major focus of his campaign.
The Strategic and Policy Forum, which was separate from the manufacturing council, was a group of business executives who were tapped to advise Trump on the economy.
