Prince Uche Secondus Emerges PDP National Chairman





Prince Uche Secondus has emerged as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He won the highest number of votes cast at the National Convention of the party held from yesterday at the Eagle Square, Abuja.

Secondus, a former Acting National Chairman of the party, scored 2000 votes against 230 scored by his closest rival, Prof. Tunde Adeniran, and 66 scored by media mogul, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi in the race for the highest office in the party.

Convention Electoral Committee Chairman, Rt. Hon. Gabriel Suswam, announced the results at the close of counting at 3:00am declaring Secondus the winner alongside the other members of the 24 members Executive Committee.
