Trump Boasted About His Building Being Tallest After 9/11 (Listen)

Republican Candidate in the forthcoming U.S. Presidential election, Donald Trump decided to make a national tragedy all about himself after the 9/11 tragedy- when the World Trade Centre was attacked by terrorists and torn to the ground.

Trump’s 40 Wall Street, his 71-story building was positioned blocks away from the towers. When asked about his fear of any potential damage to his building, Trump went on about how 40 Wall Street is now the tallest and how ‘amazing’ the news was.

He said, “40 Wall Street actually was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was actually, before the World Trade Center, was the tallest. And then, when they built the World Trade Center, it became known as the second-tallest. And now it’s the tallest.”
