Nigeria's female under 20 team calmed the fears of soccer loving Nigerians as goals from Chinasa Uchendu, Joy Bokiri and Chinwendu Ihezuo put them on track, days after Japan gave them a serious 6-0 thrashing to put their qualification hopes in doubt.
The Falconets as they are also called, must now beat Spain in their last game of the tournament and ensure Canada's game with Japan ends favorably, for them to qualify to the quarter final stage.
