Today March 4th 2017 in Gboko, the headquarters of Tiv land The Paramount Ruler of the Tiv Nation, Professor James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse was coronated as Tor Tiv the 5th and was given the staff of office by Governor Samuel Ortom, at the JS Tarka Stadium Gboko.
The coronation was attended by high profile politicians, top Federal Government officials, state governors, rulers of different kingdoms across the country, top businessmen and women, diplomats, religious leaders as well as seasoned academicians who came from far and near to celebrate with the Tiv Nation.

Memories of the coronation will last for many years to come in the minds of the old and the young who were either at the stadium or monitored the ceremony on television and radio.
