Lawmaker representing Bauchi South Senatorial District, Senator Ali Wakili, is dead.
According to reports, the lawmaker slumped this morning at his Gwarimpa, Abuja residence before he was rushed to the hospiatl within the estate and was pronounced dead before getting emergency treatment.
Wakili aged 58 was Chairman Senate Committee on Poverty Alleviation.
Also confiming his death is the Senate president, Senator Bukola Saraki tweeted saying he is on his way to the family house of the deceased to pay his last to him
